2 Tbs oatmeal 1 Tbs honey preferably manuka honey tsp turmeric 1 Tbs natural yoghurt tsp lemon juice Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until you have a paste that will stay on your face.
Leave it to set in the fridge if it is too runny.
Smooth the paste gently and apply equally with your fingertips on your clean face and neck keep the eye area clear Now lie down, relax and leave the mask on for 10 15 minutes Then wash it off with warm water, pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
Finally apply a moisturizer.
If this recipe makes more than you use, leave it in the fridge and use it again in 2-3 days time.

Cut a .5mm slice of each add it to a large cup of boiled water.
Leave it to sit for 5-10mins add a slice of lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey.

And just refill the same tea with hot water and honey several times a day.
For added taste use fresh mint as well.
If you don t have fresh turmeric and ginger substitute with a teaspoon of each but be sure to strain it before you add the lemon and honey.
