Preheat oven to 200oC 400oF 2.
In a roasting pan, combine the cherry tomatoes sprinkled with 1 tsp Aromatic Salt, oil and vinegar.
Toss well to coat.
Roast until soft and wilted approx.
20 minutes.

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
Drain well and return pasta to the warm pot with the roast tomatoes, feta, basil and Aromatic s Crunch.

Toss well to coat and serve with crusty bread.
