What s Happening at Stillwater WE ARE CHANGING WELL, NOT US BUT THE BUILDING IS After years of deliberation, months of planning, and hours of meetings with architects and builders, Stillwater is set to get a whole new look and feel.
Designed by renowned architect Iva Foschia, the restaurant will reflect the owners brief to create a warm inviting space for guests using neutral tones and natural materials such as timber and stone, punctuated with color.
Brand new toilet facilities, a brand new bar and ma tre de station, as well as a totally new and modern look and feel.
To facilitate the internal refit of Stillwater, the dining room will be closed for 4 weeks, from Tuesday 14th June thru to 12th July.
During this time, the Cellar door will remain open on weekends from 11- 4pm for tastings and purchases.
Our lakeside villas are also remaining open right thru the restaurant renovation period.

Richard Cornish of The age, snapped up the range at Cellar and Pantry in Red Hill and had this to say about it in the Epicure section of the age 11 5 11 Down on the Mornington Peninsula, where the back slopes of Red Hill meet the coastal plain is Stillwater and the food here is damn good.
In their down time, chef Zac Poulier and his wife Jac Front of house scour the Peninsula for the best local produce which they then preserve.
Their eponymous range, Zac and Jac s is of excellent quality, beautifully packaged and priced in the top end of comestibles.
We love their preserved lemons and beetroot chutney.
