Local girl Davina Ross has returned to the Mornington Peninsula to take up a position as an Audiologist at HearingLife, Mornington.
She has been a qualified audiologist for seven years and, after working in Warrnambool, Shepparton and Melbourne as well as Edinburgh in Scotland, she has settled back home in Mount Martha.
Davina grew up in Mount Martha, where she was was schooled at Osborne Primary School and Toorak College.
She has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in 2003 she graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Masters in Clinical Audiology.
After extensive travel around Australia and Europe, Davina took up a managerial role in audiology, but began to miss the client interaction involved in clinical work.
Davina has settled back on the Peninsula to promote the importance of hearing care and looks forward to providing hearing solutions for people who are having difficulty hearing in their everyday lives.
She has had extensive experience in fitting hearing aids and rehabilitation and has worked closely with both the elderly and paediatric populations.
She prides herself on her widespread knowledge covering a variety of products for the hearing impaired, ranging from television devices to the latest technology in hearing aids and loudspeaker phones.
