Feast Australia is a catering and food business based in Sorrento.
It is the brainchild and combined passion of Sorrento locals John Middleton and Rachel van den Bosch.
A blooming business and an energetic toddler keep them busy, but John and Rachel still find time to grow their own organic herbs and vegies, and scout the Peninsula for the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Pictured Before starting Feast Australia Rachel worked in restaurants such as The European, Journal Canteen with the much loved Rosa Mitchell and Est Est Est along side the likes of influential chef Donovan Cooke.
I love the excitement and challenges of high-end dining but I was keen for a change of pace.
And running our own catering business has meant I can truly incorporate my ideals when it comes to the standard of food we make, how it s grown, the harmony of flavours and even whether it does you any good once you devoured it John brings the yang to the duo.

Since established, Peninsula Fudge have become well known a producer of quality fresh fudge in a wide variety of flavours.
The quality of their delicious mouth watering fudge was acknowledged at the 2009 Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards - Confectionery, gaining a bronze medal for their Cr me Brulee fudge, with judges commenting that it displayed authentic appearance, smooth natural flavour, true to taste - a fantastic acknowledgement for a first time entrant against strong competition.
Peninsula Fudge is available through a range of retail outlets on the Mornington Peninsula and at their regular stalls at Eastbourne Primary School, Rosebud Primary School, Boneo Community and Tootgarook Primary School monthly markets.
Enquiries are welcome and they are able to provide additional services such as bonbonnieres for those special occasions, and are always willing to discuss your special needs.

Classes in the Feast kitchen This year they introduced a series of their most popular classes in the Feast Australia kitchen.
You can come as an individual or with a group of friends to join the fun.
Classes are kept small 6-10 people so there is lots of individual attention, plenty of opportunity to ask questions and great food and wine to enjoy with new friends.
