Best New Regional Restaurant Terminus at Flinders Hotel The Terminus at the Flinders Hotel, with Pierre Khodja at the helm, has just won the Restaurant and Catering Association award for Best New Regional Restaurant It is a true culinary destination with a menu that is a sophisticated fusion of North African, French and local cuisine offering a la carte and degustation choices and the stylish contemporary restaurant with first class finishes offers fabulous dining indoors and outdoors on the terrace year round.
Pierre Khodja is off travelling again this time to France for the annual 'Les toiles de Mougins', an international gastronomic event taking place every September in the village of Mougins.
Mougins has a strong culinary history with such great chefs as Roger Verg and Alain Ducasse having managed restaurants in the village.
This international festival devoted to gastronomy and the finer things in life transforms the village of Mougins.
It becomes a universe of discovery devoted to gastronomy, featuring workshops on the senses, fine cuisine and good wine, plus cookery demonstrations and much more.
Pierre will no doubt return in a few weeks, as he did last year from his expedition to Marrakech, with more inspiration for The Terminus and keen to put into practice ideas he has picked up along the way.
